Music Concert

On Friday, 17th March, a large audience of parents, staff and pupils gathered in Harrow’s Lecture Theatre to attend our March Music Concert. The concert featured solo performances from pupils from Year 1 to Year 10, on a wide range of instruments including piano, violin, clarinet, saxophone, flute, trumpet, guitar and drum kit. The audience was treated to a diverse range of music, ranging from traditional folk songs, classical works by Dvořák and Haydn to a pop song by the late David Bowie and an original composition.

Among the highlights were a number of piano duets and a performance from the Lower School string ensemble, augmented by flute players from the Prep and Senior Schools.

The Music Concert would not have been possible with Harrow’s outstanding team of visiting instrumental tutors, who offer private lessons at the school. For further information about the provision of private instrument lessons at Harrow, please contact performingarts@harrowshanghai.cn
